Completely mediocre. Booked through Expedia so obviously they gave us one of their worst rooms. We were essentially in the lobby. Room was in rough shape. Peeling wall paper stains on carpet and what looked like a blood stain on the top sheet. Under staffed… Front desk staff were folding sheets in the laundry service and making / serving the continental breakfast. Therefore breakfast was chaotic, out of everything. Guest were actually helping the staff replenish the food and cutlery. Overall I don’t expect a lot from a small town Best Western but this was a poor stay.

It looks completely updated from the outside but the inside told a completely different story. Everything was old and outdated and smelled musty. I know fitness centers in hotels are subpar at best but this didn’t even have any functionally working equipment. Staff was friendly enough but seemingly distracted in other things.
