A estadia foi muito boa. Porém o café da manhã ficou muito abaixo da média, poucas opções e restritas. Faltou pão frances num determinado dia. As acomodações, são ótimas, porém os travesseiros são horríveis, baixíssima qualidade.

Bom hotel com bom cafe da manhã

Nos foi dado um quarto despreparado, mas nos trocaram rapidamente para um limpo. Muito bom café da manhã. Opções de janta, tambem muito boas. Cama confortavel. Ajustes do ar condicio ado não funcionavam, gelava bem. Um hotel com boa estrutura. Na última noite um cano de água estourou na parede, nos obrigando a mudar de quarto, o que foi cansativo.

Confortável e espaçoso. Alimentação com muitas opções, mas não tão saborosa no café da manhã, exceto os bolos. Como o jantar estava delicioso, acredito que a ineficiência é ao fazer uma maior quantidade. Os colaboradores não são simpáticos, sem exceção. Respondem somente ao que se pergunta, inclusive ao bom dia. Precisa de treinamento para receber hóspedes. Boa acomodação, localização privilegiada para nosso objeto de fazer passeios ao Vale Europeu, destaque positivo para limpeza e estacionamento vertical privilegiado. A recepção é ágil e eficiente! Atentam para o treinamento dos colaboradores porque não adianta uma boa estrutura sem gentileza.

Estadia excelente. Pessoal fantástico, prestativo. Local limpo, perfumado. Infelizmente existe um pequeno problema que não é do Hotel, mas dos recursos oferecidos: Se o quarto ao lado fizer pareamento do celular na televisão (recurso que acho fantástico, diga-se de passagem), ele interfere no quarto ao lado, mudando a imagem, e refletindo a imagem do celular pareado.

Foi maravilhoso, atendeu a todas as expectativas, super atenciosos. Deixaria como sugestão um espelho na academia, talvez uns tapetes de Yoga e bola para ficar mais completa a academia,.
