No box do chuveiro nĂŁo havia porta para fechar, provavelmente foi quebrada e nĂŁo reposta, e nĂŁo tinha shampoo no quarto, sorte que carrego na bolsa sempre. Mas no geral a pousada Ă© boa, roupa de cama cheirosa, funcionĂĄrios atenciosos, pelo custo valeu a pena.

o café não esta incluso na diåria (acredito que poderia ser um serviço oferecido pelo hotel), porque o café encerrava 9h30 entramos 9h10 para tomar cafe não tinha mais agua disponivel, ovos haviam acabado tbm, meu filho tem 7 anos e comeu apenas um donuts e pagou o valor cheio. o pior problema foi o da piscina que teve problema no motor, a agua da raia estava totalmente suja e perigosa a da piscina principal tbm estava com coloração turva...a limpeza da piscina tem que ser prioridade para o hotel. A internet também cai toda hora principalmente na tv smart do quarto. Mas todos funcionarios educados ficamos somente dois dias o quarto estava limpo e agradavel tbm ar funcionando e cama confortavel. Espero que numa proxima oprtunidade de hospedagem a piscina esteja limpa corretamente.

NĂŁo fui sĂł eu mas vĂĄrias outros hospedes reclamaram que receberam um quarto inferior ao reservado, o quarto que me deram era minusculo para 4 pessoas, pra ir no banheiro era necessĂĄrio pular em cima de uma cama. Nao havia lugar para nada e me falaram que nĂŁo havia mais quartos disponĂ­veis para a troca mesmo eu indo varias vezes na recepção tentar resolver o problema. 1 sem toalha 2 sem internet no quarto 3 sem tv- nao funcionou nem a de cabo nem a smart que levaram para trocar 4 banheira estragou Ofereceram quarto para trocar, um inferior e outro estava cheirando a urina 5 cafe da manha deixou a desejar. Sem fruta e com folhado estragado. 6 para ajudar, as camareiras levaram uma toalha e um travesseiro pessoal para a lavanderia. Primeiramente o quarto não era igual nas fotos. Quarto velho, longe, janela estava quebrada então era complicado deixar pertences. Barulho do outro quarto com pessoas falando pareciam estar dentro do nosso quarto. Trocamos de quarto, o outro estava sujo com sujeira em cima da cama e no banheiro. Não vale o preço.

Achamos tudo muito lindo, organizado e confortĂĄvel. Apenas nos surpreendeu a manutenção do telhado do restaurante, que possuĂ­a vĂĄrias goteiras, pois no dia estava chovendo, algumas delas caindo por cima de algumas mesas.
