Pelo custo benefício boa, mas tem apenas um ponto que eu acho que poderia ser melhorado, é a passagem de informações em relação as reservas aos funcionários, quando chegamos no local para o check in o proprietário não estava e a moça que nos atendeu ficou bastante nervosa por não ter um acesso para saber se realmente tínhamos reservado ou não, alegando que nós fomos os terceiros hóspedes no dia que chegamos com reservas feitas e ela nao sabia, tanto que pegamos o último quarto disponível, e ela ainda falou se chegar mais reservas não posso aceitar.... nos demais requisitos tudo bom ...

Bom local, mas confusos no site

As acomodações são, em geral, muito boas. O problema foi a confusão com a reserva. Reservei, foi cobrado no cartão e quando cheguei na recepção não havia quarto disponível. Só consegui ficar no quarto porque um casal resolveu sair antes do esperado e seguir viagem. Depois de muito estresse, eles viram que eu estava com meu pet. Disseram que não aceitam. Mas no site, fiz o filtro por "Pets friendly". Então, eles precisam corrigir as informações com o Hoteis.com. Ficamos com o quarto do casal!

O quarto era agradável, atendimento dos funcionários era nota 1000, unico ponto que deixou a desejar foi atendimento de chekin feito pelos donos da pousada, já de inicio falaram que nao havia nenhuma reserva em meu nome, porém mostrei os dados certinhos que comprovavam a mesma e depois acharam "pouco" o valor que paguei na reserva, pois consegui um desconto, devido a reserva antecipada a meses, sinceramente, nao voltarei mais devido a esse atendimento muito arrogante, mas os funcionários são perfeitos.
