A estadia foi boa, mas o quarto era muito pequeno, sem espaço direito para colocar as malas e se movimentar. Cama também poderia ser mais confortável.

Chegamos disseram que nosso quarto era no andar de cima e não tinha elevador, argumentamos que estávamos com um bebê de colo, uma criança pequena e que tínhamos mais de 100kg de bagagem (estamos fazendo uma longa viagem de carro ao final teremos rodado 6 estados por isso uma bagagem muito grande) o atendente olhou com desdém e disse: é só um lance de escada... Além disso o café da manhã é caótico pq o espaço é muito pequeno para quantidade de mesas e hóspedes, mal conseguia me mexer na cadeira pq estava colada em outra atrás, e o barulho insuportável e dificuldade de acesso ao buffet pq era muita gente para pouca bancada

Excelente estadia, super recomendo.

Muito melhor do que o esperado, ambiente familiar, super atenciosos desde o pessoal da cozinha a recepção, quarto sempre limpo, banheiro com chuveiro excelente, sempre abastecido com shampoo e sabonete. Por não gostar de ar-condicionado eu não utilizei, café da manhã maravilhoso.

Ótima pousada

Pousada Caminho dos Sonhos, Ótimo café da manhã, quarto limpo, todos os dias roupa de cama trocada. Atendentes super atenciosos! Estacionamento Wi-Fi, TV Smart. Pousada fica à 5 minutos do parque Beto Carrero indo à pé, supermercado Fort à 7 minutos de caminhada, muitos locais em volta da pousada pra comer (Restaurantes, pizzarias, etc) farmácia próximo. Só precisa de um porta toalhas no banheiro, e atualizar a sala de jogos. Recomendo a Pousada a todos que vão a Penha, Beto Carrero!

Pequenas mudanças ajudaria muito os hospedes

Tivemos problema com o quarto ao lado do nosso.. a divisao de um quarto pro outro acredito ser de drywall, ou seja, ouvimos praticamento tudo que acontecia no quarto ao lado e como eles nao estavam com sono e era uma familia que falava alto e com crianças super ativas, foi dificil conseguir dormir. O Atendimento da recepção é suficiente pra fazer o basico.. sequer levantam pra abrir a porta e recepcionar os "novos clientes", outro detalhe é que poderiam ter alguns guarda chuvas disponíveis, pois tanto o cafe da manha como o estacionamento sao fora da pousada e com dias de chuva fica ruim o acesso a esses lugares. E como ponto positivo, a limpeza do quarto.. tanto na chegada como durante a estadia, estava muito bem limpo.
