The hotel is old and looked like it was under construction. The pool was empty, the elevator is tiny and barely fits two people. The rooms have no soundproofing, so you can hear conversations from other rooms. There were ants on the TV table in the room. The whole area around the hotel is under construction. The best restaurants and shops are about a 10-minute Uber ride away. The manager is extremely arrogant. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. There are much better options, like the Mercure, which is in a prime location right in front of the beach and has far better facilities and staff. The online photos are very misleading and don’t reflect the reality of the hotel at all.

Hotel muito lindo indico e voltaria com.toda a certeza, so nao facilitou um checkout tardio mesmo eu querendo pagar por isso, pois meu voo era as 18 e tive q entregar o quanto as 11, porem havia hóspede que o check-in era as 14 e ja estava na piscina as 9:30! So acho que as regras tinha que ser para todos! Sem contar que meu check-in eu ja havia feito tardio as 21h!

Paguei por um quarto com vista para a roda gigante e me deram no 1º andar, onde só consegui ver um monte de fios do poste de energia atrapalhando a vista. Equipe do hotel simpática. Estacionamento péssimo! Cobram 100,00 a diaria para deixar o carro num pátio no sol e longe do hotel. Só buscam o carro se você estiver na recepção. O que acaba sempre demorando mais do que o esperado. Café da manhã razoável. Ponto positivo do hotel é ser na avenida da praia.

O hotel é incrível! Fomos em casal e toda a equipe nos atendeu super bem, com destaque para o Bráulio que foi muito simpático e gentil. A estrutura do hotel nos encantou, tendo três piscinas e uma jacuzzi, além de sala de jogos, academia e espaço kids. Consumimos alguns drinks a beira da piscina e o sabor nos surpreendeu com destaque para a caipirinha de frutas vermelhas. Outro ponto de destaque é o café da manhã, com muita variedade, qualidade e um espaço super aconchegante para a refeição. Definitivamente vamos voltar, pra desfrutar de toda a estrutura com mais tempo!
