Ficamos duas diárias no Mar Hotel...porém nesses dias fizeram limpeza nas caixas de água. A água no Chuveiro além de ficar gelada , a cor era preta como uma Coca-Cola. Até no banheiro ....não tinha água para dar descarga. Foram dois dias horríveis.

Cheguamos na quinta a noite cansado, no chek-in solicitei um quarto com Smart TV, na recepção fui informado que tinha, não tinha e controle remoto não funcionava, solicitei cobertor e 2 pilhas, só veio o cobertor, como estávamos cansado pensei amanhã resolvo isso. No outro dia após a café, saímos pra trabalhar solicitei novamente pra resolverem o problema(troca de quarto ou trocarem a TV), e pedi pra limparem o quarto. Retornamos +/- as 14:00 , o quarto não foi limpo, e não trocaram a TV, fui a portaria solicitei a troca do quarto, a recepcionista estava vendo a possibilidade, até que chegou uma grossa e mal educada, falando que não trocaria o quarto e que eles tinham até às 16:00 pra limpar o quarto, falei que estávamos cansado e queríamos descansar, diante de tanta grosseria fui embora. Fico com pena do Proprietário do Hotel, pois sempre gostava de ficar ali, fora da temporada sempre ficava ali a trabalho, chegando a ficar uma vez por semana, devido ser um hotel razoável, avaliando o custo benefício, bem localizado.

Hotel Velho, funcionários mal humorados, estacionamento disponível mediante pgto de 50,00 a diária, placa por tudo que é canto com avisos de multas disso e daquilo , chega vc fica com medo até de pisar em algo e pagar algo mais , café da manhã fracooo , água da torneira barrenta , mobília velha, resumindo hotel 1 estrela , mais nunca me hospedo !

Totalmente decepcionante o hotel, foi nossa primeira vez neste hotel, e as fotos postadas na plataforma hotéis.com não condiz com a realidade. Trata-se de uma propriedade antiga e mau conservada, o quarto apresenta pontos com bolor, pintura velha, móveis antigos e mau limpos, o banheiro foi o pior, tampa do vazo caindo, e nitidamente não foi higienizado, os cantos do box estava sujo, mostrando que a limpeza não é bem feita, o vidro do box apresentava gordura, toalhas gastas e com manchas. A torneira do banheiro apresentava sujeira impregnada. Ainda bem que levamos nossos travesseiros, por que se não seria impossível usar os fornecidos pelo hotel. Ficamos 3 diárias, e só não fomos embora no primeiro dia por que nossa compra pela plataforma não era reembolsável. O cartão para abrir a porta apresentava falhas, o ar condicionado não gelava, apenas resfriava, o wi fi não funcionava, ou seja foi terrível, não voltarei e não recomendo, a nota geral que está na plataforma não condiz com a realidade. O café da manhã é +- , nem pão de queijo tem. Tá mais para uma pensão que hotel.
