The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too.

Hotel extremely crowded. Breakfast was chaotic, there wasn't even anywhere to sit. Garage difficult to access and poor service. The internet was slow and didn't work at various times, and the television didn't work on any channel.

A decoração dos quartos é sofrível e o estacionamento, que é terceirizado, é um dos piores que já conheci. Difícil de estacionar e manobrar. Uma pessoa com menor habilidade, encontrará enormes dificuldades. O pior foi a lamentável postura em relação às fronhas do quarto, que foram levemente manchadas por minha cunhada. Cobraram duas unidades por pura má vontade, pois as mesmas foram facilmente limpas em casa.

Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente O valor da diária muito bem empregado Fiquei no 18 andar, comprei com a Jerimum Turismo e paguei cerca 300,00 a diária Pontos positivos : café da manhã sensacional, o único hotel com tapioca feita na hora fora do Nordeste que eu conheça, quartos aconchegantes, guardaram minha bagagem no início, o almoço sensacional tbm Localização boa, perto de lojas e praia Pontos negativos : estacionamento confuso, áreas de lazer só abrem a partir das 10h da manhã Se quiser usar piscina, sauna, salão de jogos só depois das 10h!! Atendente não cordial! Quarto muito ruim. Tv pequena. Roupa de cama muito velha. Toalhas muito finas e velha! Banheiro com portas que não fechava com barulho, Porta higiênico parecia de banheiro público, Ficamos na torre 2 fundo! Esse hotel acho que é bom para quem gosta de ficar perto da praia. O chuveiro era bom , mais quem é alto não consegue tomar banho, o chuveiro ficava muito perto da parede. Quarto muito gelado . Não vale o valor pago. Café bom! Um hotel que vc é apenas mais um! Para jovem tudo bom. Localização bom perto do centro. O quarto realmente vc olha os móveis de segunda linha, a Tv na parede com fio aparecendo. O quarto era limpo mas a pia do banheiro como em todos os hotéis q vou tem a borda de baixo muito suja, as faxineiras não se atentam o isso No café da manhã faltou itens variados sem glúten e sem lactose. Garagem tbm tá cara, 60 por dia em baixa temporada …No mais tudo bom .
