Hotel Staff was amazing. Hotel Manager and Front desk always ready to help and make the stay feel great. We got a room upgrade due to Expedia selling something that was not available. They made it less stressful at the hotel and made us feel welcome no matter what.

Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free.

I was not upgraded and was put into a room where the air did not work right. |I barely slept all night after paying a top amount for the room. The next day I told them about this and they showed me a lower room that was small in the bedroom area . I went online to find what was available and found a room above the one I had. I saw that room and even though it was not at the same level it was larger and the air worked. They told me it would be 25 dollars more and then charged me 45 dollars more. I had a dog that they charged unlike what it said on the webiste not one fee but a fee every night which I have never paid. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. I never recevied links in email for breakfast in room which was included and had to call several times to get it delivered on my second day. The elevators and very slow so allow yourself extra time. They only tell you what you want to hear . I wasted a lot of time in room change then had to haggle for them to give me a break which they said they would and then they go and charge me the same as the online rate. All I can say is do not stay on anyfloor below 4 as well. You will have alleys and gragages to look at. They do not follow any of the upgrades if you are a gold expedia member and will tell you the day before you can have a late check out then the next day will not do it. It was very warm and they did nothing for the problem I had.

Experiência ótima! Acho que já é a quarta vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Mas dessa vez, foi especial por ser aniversário do nosso filho. Equipe fez uma surpresa no quarto, montando coelhos com toalhas, fitinhas e deixaram bombons e um cartão. No mesmo dia ligaram e perguntaram se foi entregue o bolo, eu disse que não e eles rapidamente perguntaram se queira que levasse ou poderia ser no dia seguinte no café da manhã. Eu disse que poderia ser no café da manhã. No dia seguinte, trouxeram na mesa um bolo delicioso, muito bem recheado, saboroso e os funcionários cantaram parabéns para nosso filho. Ele disse que no próximo aniversário já sabe em qual hotel ficar. Estacionamento excelente, com manobrista rápido e atenciosos. Café da manhã delicioso e com muita variedade.Toda equipe de parabéns! Definitivamente já temos um hotel preferido para todas as estadias em BC!!!

Já fiquei neste hotel algumas vezes, sempre gostei muito, porém nesta última fiquei um pouco chateada. No quarto que eu fiquei está faltando manutenção e escolhi almoçar no restaurante do hotel, faltando bastante comida e quando questionei sobre a reposição a moça disse que estava sozinha e não conseguia fazer tudo e não repos, uma pena. Mas o restante do hotel uma delícia.
