Hotel Staff was amazing. Hotel Manager and Front desk always ready to help and make the stay feel great. We got a room upgrade due to Expedia selling something that was not available. They made it less stressful at the hotel and made us feel welcome no matter what.

Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free.

Great location, but outdated rooms. Especially the bathrooms. I booked the presidential suite, which is a great big space but looks really outdated. Front desk staff and bell men were great. So was the lady at the pool and housekeeping. Breakfast was not great, compared to other hotels in Brazil. After the first day, I decided it was not worth waking up for. But again, location is great.

I was not upgraded and was put into a room where the air did not work right. |I barely slept all night after paying a top amount for the room. The next day I told them about this and they showed me a lower room that was small in the bedroom area . I went online to find what was available and found a room above the one I had. I saw that room and even though it was not at the same level it was larger and the air worked. They told me it would be 25 dollars more and then charged me 45 dollars more. I had a dog that they charged unlike what it said on the webiste not one fee but a fee every night which I have never paid. This place will nickel and dime you for everything. I never recevied links in email for breakfast in room which was included and had to call several times to get it delivered on my second day. The elevators and very slow so allow yourself extra time. They only tell you what you want to hear . I wasted a lot of time in room change then had to haggle for them to give me a break which they said they would and then they go and charge me the same as the online rate. All I can say is do not stay on anyfloor below 4 as well. You will have alleys and gragages to look at. They do not follow any of the upgrades if you are a gold expedia member and will tell you the day before you can have a late check out then the next day will not do it. It was very warm and they did nothing for the problem I had.

Limpeza impecável do quarto e de todo o hotel. Funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã bom, bem variado, só vai até 9:45hs então tem que acordar cedo. A piscina é uma delícia. A localização é ótima. As toalhas são macias e absorventes. A cama muito confortável. Eu fiquei no quarto mais básico, mas era andar alto então não tive problemas, não fiquei de frente para a tal lateral do prédio ao lado que algumas pessoas relatam, realmente teria sido desagradável. O barulho das camareiras arrumando o quarto ao lado as vezes incomodava, também tocava um telefone/interfone bem alto as vezes. Eu sugiro que a arrumação dos quartos seja um pouco mais tarde ou mais silenciosa. Foi uma ótima estadia, voltarei com certeza.

A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa, os quartos são limpos, os mimos (espumante, café no quarto e chinelos) foram a coisa mais legal. Logo na chegada e sempre que passar na recepção tem espumante, que eu acho que é um cuidado incrível com o cliente. Melhor hotel de balneário, vale muito a pena.

atendimento ótimo da equipe, localização muito boa. Porém, o quarto, embora bem limpo, cama boa, chuveiro bom, era muito pequeno e a janela era quase colado num paredão inteiro, o q impossibilitava arejar o ambiente. O local do split é mto ruim, pois vem direto em cima da cama. Foi bem ruim ficar ligando e desligando à noite. No mais, o hotel é muito bom.
