O ponto forte do hotel é o atendimento. O pessoal da recepção é muito solícito. Mas o banheiro precisa de reformas: metais enferrujados, box que não fechava totalmente, descarga muito ruim de acionar. As camas também não têm lençol com elástico… e acabam se soltando durante a noite.

Recepção excelente, quarto muito bom, estacionamento pago com manobrista Localização muito próxima a avenida da praia. O ponto fraco o restaurante, apesar de um cafe bom, sujo, até barata surgiu pela manhã. Não repõem manteiga (básico), sem copos para suco, tive que usar xícara para tomar laranjada. Fui falar com a responsável, muito mal educada, respondeu que o restaurante era terceirizado e que não tinha nada a ver com o hotel???? Pedi uma taça e ela quase me agrediu

Excelente estadia em BC

Apesar de ser um hotel com instalações antigas, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom e possui uma grande variedade de opções, assim como o jantar. O hotel requer reformas, principalmente nos quartos pois é notável a necessidade de modernização das camas. Apesar de alguns itens que necessitam de melhorias, a estadia foi muito boa! A localização do hotel é a gentileza dos funcionários são os destaques!

Bom sia,minha estadia foi ruim,não volto nunca mais com minha família,nos deram o quarto 501,q tem 2 quartos conjugados ,estávamos em 5 adultos e 1 criança,não fiquem nesse quarto,os ar condicionados são velhicimos e não funcionam,passamos muito calor,já reclamei na primeira noite,foi o funcionário da manutenção p ver o ar e falou na cara de pau de que não podia fazer nada,ficamos no calor por 3 dias,aí no segundo dia de hotel eu acordei me coçando toda,fiquei toda empolada,eu e meu genro,conclusão descobrimos vários cupins na nossas camas,mais de 30 q matamos e filmamos e fotografamos os cupins andando pela cama toda,aí descobri o q me picou e picou meu genro durante a noite. Ai a gerência falou q era assim mesmo q tem época do ano q o hotel fica cheio de cupim e q eles tb disseram q descupinizaram o quinto andar todo,mas esqueceram de falar q foram todos p o quarto 501,não fiquem nesse andar,ar condicionado não funciona Conclusão,na penúltima noite nós trocaram de quarto p o 701,aí o ar era split e funcionava,mas já estava aborrecida pela falta de consideração do funcionário da manutenção,pedi p trocar de quarto devido o calor e ele falou q não podia,então p não criar atrito ficamos no quarto c calor mas não indico a ninguém esse hotel,fora q o café da manhã eh a mesma coisa todos os dias,não variavam em nada. E se alguém for em família como nós não fiquem no quinto andar,tudo velho,fiquem no sétimo.

Cama desconfortável

Infelizmente não tive uma boa estadia, pois o colchão do nosso quarto era muito duro e o travesseiro com espuma que afundava, além disso o ar condicionado modelo antigo fazia muito barulho. Não consegui dormir na primeira noite, por sorte no dia seguinte a camareira que nos atendeu foi muito gentil e conseguiu dois travesseiros mais confortáveis deixando a noite seguinte um pouco melhor.
