Chegamos para o check in e não havia nenhum serviço de recepção para as malas. Eu mesmo tive que pegar o carrinho que transporta as malas e levar até o quarto. Informações desencontradas no estacionamento. Interfone do estacionamento não estava funcionando. Bar da piscina estava fechado. Meu filho pequeno (3 anos) sujou um lençol… liguei na recepção as 3 da tarde pedindo a troca e me informaram que não havia serviço de camareira disponível… apos 1 hora me ligaram falando que iriam levar o lençol… mas nós mesmos tivemos que trocar. Vários detalhes inconvenientes.
