Great Location and Very Clean

Positive thoughts: The staff were very helpful, and the price is excellent considering the location. Breakfast was also good – I especially enjoyed the filtered coffee. Things to improve: The ventilation/extraction system is a bit noisy, which can affect the comfort of the stay. Another area that could be improved is the restaurant. I tried the chicken and the burger, choosing the simplest dishes, but unfortunately they were disappointing. The burger was undercooked, lacked flavor, and was quite oily, while the fries were not up to standard. With some adjustments in the kitchen and attention to food quality, this hotel could easily elevate the overall guest experience. Please give proper real napkins to your guests, not that thin paper that looks like parchment paper or food truck paper.

It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Viajei com bebê, entrei em contato com hotel, pedi para colocarem berço no quarto e a resposta( copiei na íntegra): Olá, boa tarde! Sim disponibilizamos qual é o seu nome para colocar nas observações da reserva? Chegamos lá não tinha berço , foram montar enfim... Tinha outro casal com crianças, com malas, ao tirar as coisas do carro nenhum funcionário para ajudar com malas etc De resto tudo bem, falavam mal do café da manhã, que era meu receio mas é muito bom.
