Located at the entrance to the small village of Issarlès, on the Ardèche plateau, and carefully restored in 2022–23, this 120m³ single-family home features an enclosed outdoor area. The interior is spacious and well-appointed. Ideal for vacations with family or friends. Our house can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its 4 comfortable bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright and inviting living/dining room where you can unwind after a busy day, plus 1 bedroom (with a 140-cm bed), a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, a small living area is also available for more intimate moments, plus 3 bedrooms (2 with 160-cm beds and 1 with a 140-cm bed), a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large 1,000-square-meter garden with a barbecue for fun evenings with friends or family. Our home is ideally located for nature lovers and those who enjoy outdoor activities: hiking, mushroom picking, paddleboarding on Lake Issarles, and visiting Le Puy-en-Velay, Les Estables, and Mont Gerbier. Séjour au calme

Belle maison, bien équipée, spacieuse et agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Le jardin et le barbecue très appréciables aussi. Notre arrivée et notre départ ont été très facile grâce à la boîte à clés. Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires. Tout était parfait.

Week-end champignons

Week-end entre amis pour aller aux champignons, la maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, pas trop de réseau mais pas grave. Un poste radio serait un plus. On a passe un super moment. On recommande.

Manque un lave-linge, indispensable pour un séjour avec 4 enfants de - de 11 ans ! Alors que l’équipement du gîte mentionnait sa présence, c’est le seul bémol mais qui n’est pas anodin !
