Villa Gemma — Your private resort between sea, relaxation and sport in Sicily
A few steps from the crystal clear sea of Santa Maria del Focallo, Villa Gemma welcomes up to 11 guests in an oasis of charm, comfort and fun, ideal for families and friends.
An exclusive private sports center, accessible directly from the garden via a gate, offers tennis, padel, volleyball and soccer fields, illuminated even in the evening. Rackets, balls and balls are included. The offer includes an equipped gym, table tennis, table football, games for children and a trampoline.
The beautiful 11 × 5 m private pool, heated to 28°C, is surrounded by a solarium, sun loungers, showers and a dedicated bathroom. Heating on request: €250/week or €200 for shorter stays, with 7 days' notice; late requests to be arranged.
The villa is on two levels with 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms: two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, one double with walk-in closet and terrace overlooking the sea and one with a French bed.
Rooms and beds — Up to 11 guests
Villa Gemma is spread over two levels and has 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as a comfortable living area that can be transformed into an additional sleeping area.
On the ground floor:
· 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.
On the first floor:
· 1 double bedroom with walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and access to the panoramic terrace with sea view.
· 1 bedroom with French bed and en suite bathroom.
Additional beds in the living room:
The bright living room with fireplace, Smart TV and stone details can be transformed into a private sleeping area thanks to elegant theatre-style blackout curtains, which guarantee privacy and comfort, offers:
· 1 double sofa bed for 2 guests.
· 1 pouf that can be converted into a single bed for 1 guest.
Maximum capacity: 11 guests , distributed among the four bedrooms and the three additional beds in the living room.
. Super-equipped kitchen with island and double door refrigerator, dining area and windows overlooking the garden.
Air conditioning, controlled ventilation, mosquito protection, Smart TV, Wi-Fi up to 100 Mbps even outside and workstations for smart working.
Outdoor, porch for convivial dinners, pergolas with soft curtains, lounge, barbecue, bar and outdoor kitchen. Electric car charging: €1.50/kWh.
Discover the Blue Flag beaches, golden dunes, nearby restaurants and supermarkets, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, Siracusa and Ortigia. From Pozzallo, Malta can be reached by hydrofoil.
Perfect in any season, thanks to the mild climate and the heated pool.
The cleaning costs also include sheets and towels, pool towels and electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (about 36 kWh per day). Pool heating is an optional paid service, to be requested according to the conditions indicated in the description.

Dear guests, you are about to spend your holidays in a private home. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment and hope that you will have a wonderful time at our facility.
The regulation you are about to read is designed as a support for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules that, with understanding, will need to be followed. With a respectful use of the house you will help us keep the accommodation cozy and pleasant in which to live.
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
Late check-in fee: from 20:00 to 22:00 of €25.00.
POOL/WHIRLPOOL
The pool is checked and cleaned regularly, usually on the day of your arrival. Children can never be alone in the pool or pool area. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to visually monitor minors.
It is forbidden to jump or dive from the metal structure to the right of the pool. It is a very delicate ABRITALY mechanism to automatically cover the pool. Any damages will be charged.
Please take a shower before entering the pool so as not to introduce sand or sunscreen residues that alter the quality of the water and permanently stain the pool walls.
Please do not use glasses in the pool area
