Tucked away under old oak trees situated on roughly an acre site, this charming home is nothing short of a coastal retreat. Inside you will find coastal decor throughout this 4 bedroom 3 bath home. This home features combination kitchen/living room with an eat in kitchen, bar stools around the center island, and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has leathered quartz counter-tops with stainless steel appliances.
On the main floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms: a master bedroom (king bed) with en-suite bath with over-sized shower and a second bedroom that opens to a screened porch. This second bedroom uses a shared full bathroom located in the main hallway.
Outside there is an over-sized outdoor shower. In the back of property there is a private walk bridge connecting the property to the Island Center Shopping Plaza (Harris Teeter grocery store) and easy access to Palm Blvd. Crossing Palm Blvd guests can walk to the IOP County-Beachfront Park with boardwalk and children's playground.

Very happy with our stay, it was in a great location close to the beach and right behind Harris Teeter, you can actually cut through the backyard right to HT, we also rented a golf cart for easier parking and to have some fun, overall had a great time, thanks

Great place for family and friends
Lovely house in a gorgeous setting. Ultra convenient if you’re the kind of person who forgets the milk and yet proximity to Harris Teeter was unobtrusive. Lots of space to spread out- indoors and outdoors. Feels like a much larger home.

The best!
We had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Our family enjoyed the amenities and proximity to the beach. We would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a sweet cottage in walking distance to the beach. The ONLY suggestion I have would be to make the check in time more clear to renters. It reads as if check in begins at 4. Which it does but only if your rental is cleaned and inspected by that time. Apparently they have between 4pm & 7pm to get your place ready. If you are like us and drove several hours with kids and expected to be able to check in by 4 this was a disappointment. Our place was ready by around 6. I do appreciate the cleaning and inspection process. Our place was tidy and the inspector did a great job with last minute tidying up. Everything was great minus a few cleaning items that were missing. These items were delivered a couple days later.

The property is brand new inside, beautiful job. The house is very comfortable. The yard is great, but there were a lot of mosquitos, maybe it should get sprayed? The location is right behind the Harris Teeter, but with still plenty of space between the property to the store was very convenient. The short walk to the state beach was very easy with a provided wagon. Bring your own beach towels, though.
