Bright comfortable top floor end unit with the balcony and living area overlooking the ocean and the beach. Some of the best views anywhere on Isle of Palms. Nearly a penthouse layout with every window having a great open view!
Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Recently remodeled with new tile floors throughout, new paint, updated doors and hardware. New furniture and televisions in all three bedrooms. New washer/dryer and HVAC system. 70" HDTV with Bluray DVD in living room, and cable TV/Blu ray in all bedrooms. Remote controlled fans in every room with high speed internet throughout the unit.
Master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, TV, private full bath and private access to the balcony. The two guest rooms offer a queen sized bed and two full beds and each room has their own bath. Queen bedroom also has separate beach balcony. Full access to the community pool. Linen included. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Magnificent view and spacious condo

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We have fallen in love with Wild Dunes. We think it is like living in paradise. As retired teachers, we are lucky enough to be able to rent for a month. We can host family and college friends and still have time for ourselves!
