Welcome to 323D Shipwatch in Wild Dunes Resort. This third floor condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and gorgeous oceanfront views. The Shipwatch complex also has a large swimming pool, observation deck, and children's play area.

The condo has an open floor plan fully updated with modern flooring throughout and a clean & contemporary coastal vibe. The living area contains a large, flat screen TV and opens to the incredible ocean view balcony. The dining area, which is part of the large open living space, features seating for four guests. There is a kitchen bar which hosts an additional 3 bar stools. The gorgeous, illuminated kitchen has granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded cookware and necessities.

The beautiful master suite is furnished with a king bed and flat-screen TV with cable & DVD player. This room has direct access to the ocean view balcony. The large, renovated, private master bathroom has a large, glass shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom contains a queen bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom with shower and tub combination. The third bedroom has two full-size beds, cable TV, and a private bathroom, which share access to the adjacent hallway.

**The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area July to mid-August. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**

The location of this property was perfect. Easy access to the beach and pool. The pool and pool area were very clean with plenty of chairs for lounging. There were 2 boardwalk access points to get on the beach and renting chairs and umbrellas for the week was the way to go. We also rented bikes for the week. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Sweetgrass properties was very easy to work with and timely on any responses to our questions prior to our stay. This was our first time to Isle of Palms and it will not be our last.

The property was very comfortable with a nice view of the beach. The only complaint is that the dryer did not work, which is a downer when you’re at the beach. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

View could have been better...there is a big tree obstructing much of the ocean view. Condo was very roomy for our family, and very clean. Plenty of towels, and having a washer & dryer right in the unit was very convenient. Not a comfortable living area...random chairs that felt more like waiting room chairs than to lounge and enjoy. The couch was not comfortable, and we found ourselves in different rooms due to the lack of comfortable seating in the most important area. Compared to other vacation homes, it was more basic than what we are accustomed to. (Little things like lack of spices for cooking...limited toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags). Nice place, but for the money we feel we could have had a more luxurious experience.

We had a fabulous stay at Shipwatch in Isle of Palms. The condo was exactly as pictured on the site, roomy, comfortable, clean, well appointed and great location. Working with Sweetgrass Properties was a pleasure---organized, communicative, responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommend Sweetgrass Properties and this condo. Back again

We stayed at this condo last year and were delighted to come back again. It’s a perfect setup to have our three kids in one bedroom and my parents in the other. It’s a very nice property, nestled in the back of Wild Dunes. Although Isle of Palms was bustling with people in town for Memorial Weekend, it was quiet and relaxed around the condo. The beach wasn’t crowded. The pool was clean. We found starfish and live sand dollars when the tide went out. We come to IOP every year and it never disappoints.

Great location and the communication was great

The condo was clean. We had problems with the bed slants in the master BR. We called and they came and fixed the bed in a timely matter. The master Bathroom has molded on the ceiling and the vent is covered in molded. The air filter needs to be changed.
