This luxury home has an amazing chef's kitchen for presenting feasts and entertaining all your guests, with stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen (oven/microwave/garbage disposal/coffee makers) and an open floor plan. We have a massive dining room table that fits 16 where everyone can sit together and enjoy a meal so you can make memories .

Located on the quiet street of Carolina Boulevard, with a 4 car garage. The garage, where you can access the pool, has a chair lift for those neeeding help to get to the 1st floor. The 1st floor has a master suite (king bed, full bathroom), the main living room, kitchen, and the huge rear porch where you'll end up spending a lot of time. and an electric charging hookup (EV) with ample parking for 4+ cars in the driveway. You will find yourself steps to the ocean and 25 minutes from all that Charleston has to offer.

When you are done swimming in the pristine manicured beaches only steps away (2 min walk), you can return to your own personal oasis. This home offers a beautiful salt water pool, perfect for swimming with a large sun shelf ledge that's great for youngsters to splash around on, or for adults to hang out. Soak up the sun or hide out in shade atop 2 floating pool loungers under an umbrella. To make this more enjoyable, during the cooler months the pool can be heated (for an additional fee). Overlooking the sun soaked pool is a covered bar and smart TV (with sink and fridge), a barbecue to get your grill on and great seating and dining area to enjoy a family cookout and meals. This area offers a large granite countertop where you can have 4 folks cozy up to the bar on high top seating watching your favorite shows or sports. The bar area offers an amazing covered outdoor experience with comfortable seating for 8 and dining table for an amazing backyard experience. The backyward is newly turfed with a 3-hole putting green and outdoor shower perfect for corn hole or running around.

Inside, keep cool with 3 separate climate controlled zones and find your space to relax and stay connected with high speed wi-fi and xfinity cable throughout the house. You'll have common areas such as the large living room, porches in the front and back of the home. We also offer a private secluded office (fee applicable) with 2 desks, printer and office supplies if you need to get some work in.

1st Floor:: The large and beautifully furnished main living area (1st floor) offers everyone so many places to explore: a fully stocked open kitchen, a massive dining room with huge table that fits 16, a plush living room with plenty of seating, fireplace and TV with a separate game table and a reading room with additional couches.
This level has a stylish master bedroom suite with a huge King bedroom and full bathroom.
You will be surrounded by a full-length porch in the front of the house with porch rockers and another one in the back with loads of seating overlooking the pool and backyard. The living area offers tons of common spaces, ideal for a gathering of your family and friends.

2nd Floor: This floor has 4 bedrooms and an optional Office and 3 1/2 bathrooms, with laundry (washer, dryer, sink). The first bedroom is a massive master suite with a king bed, attached ensuite bathroom, a private sitting area with TV and an amazing private outdoor deck with couches. Another bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms offers 1 queen and 1 king bed each with their own private toilet and vanity, and these rooms share a beautiful sun filled shower (jack-n-jill setup).

3rd Floor: The top floor provides an oasis for children or young adults to sleep and play. There are two bedrooms, each with three twin beds and a large bathroom to share. There is also a huge living room with a flat large screen smart TV (PlayStation 4 with games/controllers and a DVD player), comfortable sectional sofa and chairs with beautiful views and loads of light.

Garage: 2 car garage parking, ping pong table, EV charger, rentable LSV/Golf Cart, Fridge, beach gear and a dart board. Access to the pool from this area as well as to the street and driveway parking (4 cars easily fit).

A little about the island:: Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island with a relaxing atmosphere and the perfect place to make memories with your family and friends. Rent golf carts, bicycles, or mopeds and leave your car parked for the week, enjoying all the restaurants, coffee shops, golf, fishing and shopping that Isle of Palms has to offer. Enjoy the water by renting kayaks, jet skis or boats from the nearby marina or spend the day walking, relaxing or shelling on the seven-mile beach. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, a few minutes away is Isle of Palms OP recreational center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and basketball courts. This is an exquisite golfing destination as well with some of the best golf courses:
