When checking in I was told my reservation was cancelled, but they were able to find me the same room. They couch in the room was so dirty, that I would not sit on it. They charged an additional $20 for parking in Island Park, Idaho this is nuts!!! The thermostat was not regulating correctly so it was either to hot or cold and the TV was not working correctly either. I stayed there for my daughter's wedding two night and it was $450 total and not worth it! I would not stay there again!

Stay was great. Room service didn’t come but other than that, service was accommodating. Hot tub is outdoors which is cool. Location isn’t far from West Yellowstone and the national park. Kids enjoyed it and breakfast was awesome. Saw a moose on the river every morning (remember to stay afar) and got great sunrise pics. Will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. More seating is needed in the large rooms, it's either lie or sit on your bed or you are screwed for watching TV or just hanging in your room. Rooms have plenty of room to add some more chairs. Breakfast was pretty bad, cold food and poor options to choose from. After a few bites of food, I had to toss my food out, pretty bad.

My husband and I stayed here because it was a cute hotel not too far from Yellowstone National Park. Overall it was nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that our bathroom had a really gross orange bacteria growing all over the shower.
