Enjoy ample parking for trucks, boats, and snowmobile trailers, blue-ribbon fishing right out your back door, and access to world-famous snowmobiling trails, all within a quiet, gated neighborhood. Whether you’re here for summer lake days or winter adventures, you’re just 35 minutes from the west gate of Yellowstone National Park, perfectly positioned for both adventure and relaxation. Walk, run or drive to waters edge!



The Space:

CHECKOUT ALL THE SPACE!!!!



Level 1- Living room with TV, DVD player, Ping pong table, laundry room, 2 bathrooms (1 has tub/shower, the other shower only) 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen)



Level 2- Living room with TV, kitchen, 2 dining spaces, desk, access to outdoor porch and BBQ grill. 2 bathrooms; (1 has tub/shower, the other is the master suite with shower only), 3 bedrooms ( 1 king and 2 queens)



Level 3- Loft style with a full bathroom plus a large vanity area with sink. There is a sofa in the TV area and PlayStation. Loft includes 4 queen beds and 6 twin.



Guest House- A separate guest home on the property that is one bedroom (1 king bed) one bathroom, lightly stocked kitchen, and a living room with one sofa bed.



All bedrooms have room darkening shades or curtains.



Outdoor area includes cornhole, grass area, picnic tables & plenty of chairs. Fire pit is available (wood not provided but can be purchased at all gas/grocery stores)

Access to 1 oversized garage parking space and plenty of additional parking for all your trucks, trailers & toys!



A few Laundry Pods & coffee pods provided as a courtesy.

Kitchen has plenty of spices, dishes and cooking items such as 2 crockpots, griddle, rice cooker etc.



Guest Access:

This large 4700 square foot cabin is all yours!



The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in a gated community that offers 2 boat launches & 1 beach area for plenty of water fun. One of the boat launch locations has a covered picnic area, plenty of grass for games & fire-pit's for roasting marshmallows.



Other Things to Note:

We have NO indoor cameras. The outdoor cameras near front door and patios are for monitoring guest count compliance and weather only.

Storms can be unexpected so please close windows if you are leaving for the day in case of rain.

The cabin has no AC but all rooms have ceiling fans and there are several portable fans. In the evenings the home cools off nicely if you open windows!
