The staff was very nice, housekeeping was excellent and very attentive, bed made and large stack of immaculately clean towels every day! Our clean and excellent condition private hot tub was also very well maintained; one morning we noticed a maintenance guy for it, doing a thorough check. We The resort is 30ish miles from the West Yellowstone entrance, easy drive and it’s a cute town with good dining options and breweries. Breakfast at the hotel was a standard selection, adequate food with hot coffee, and an automatic pancake-making machine. It’s a cozy place that looked well maintained. We enjoyed it there!

They rented E-bikes, so we took a real nice ride through a beautiful pine forest. The staff was always very helpful. The Resort was clean and well maintained, except for the elevator that didn't work for a couple days. Fortunately, there’s only 2 floors. A very nice place to stay outside of West Yellowstone.

Good stay.

Overall it was a great stay. I did have to ask for items from the front desk throughout the week (toilet paper, coffee, garbage bags, a broom to sweep our kitchen) We had to take our garbage to the dumpster ourself. And our room/building key would randomly stop working and we would have to have it reset. All a little frustrating for the proce we paid to stay. Not enough to stop us from staying there again.

I’ve been going to West Yellowstone for 25 years. Almost all of the hotels there are dated and old or external entrance motels. This property was nice and new. It would remind you of a very nice mid-tier Marriott or Hilton owned property with rustic decor. Nothing too fancy but it was the nicest place for 259$ total on September 6. The other mediocre hotels in West Yellowstone like holiday inn or Grey wolf were all 399 plus tax and fees. This place blew them out of the water. It’s a brand new property. 18 miles from town in Island Park so it you are looking to be in the center or town you are not, which was nice to me. The staff was great and the continental breakfast was good. Definitely a high recommendation for this area especially with no kids to entertain.

I was very disappointed with this resort. The pricess was high but i thought we would get our money's worth. The breakfast want not good. We requested for our rooms to be cleaned and it wasn't although they said they clean rooms daily. Very disappointed

Stayed in the cabin and it was amazing. The only downfall is that the AC wasn’t working but the front desk girls were very helpful and willing to put a work order in to get it fix asap. Otherwise it was a great stay.
