What could be improved? Really slow checkin, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, extremely loud refrigerator, poor quality amenities, rooms rented out for years at a time (we spoke to a man that lived there for 4 years). Hotel for homeless, perhaps? We won’t stay in another hotel of this brand again.

Stay was absolutely horrible. They turned the water off for over 3 hours right in the middle of the day. The prevented me from using the toilet, the shower or even being able to brush my teeth to get ready for work. I was not informed that this was going to happen at time of booking or check in. Otherwise I would've stayed somewhere else.

The room was clean and I loved the mini kitchen to heat up food. Pots and pans were available and a full refrigerator unlike the bedroom refrigerators you find at other places. The TV worked great and the HVAC system worked well. My wife and 9 year old daughter was happy with the place and we wouldn't mind staying here again.

I was not expecting all that when I arrived. This hotel has EVERYTHING you need!! They even had a crockpot to use as an amenity! I’ve never seen that! Clean hotel and great people! Highly recommend and we will be back!
