The whole apartment and a garage space is accessible for guests. You will be provided a key fob per person by the HOA. The $240 HOA fees for the key fobs and your move-in and move-out registration, will be paid courtesy of your host for your convenience. It is usually booked all year around, not just through vrbo. Watermarke

Location was convenient and beautiful. The bird sanctuary across the apt. was excellent for morning and evening walks. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The Apt. was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were good, the gym and the pool were excellent. Anton was excellent in his responsiveness and assistance. Very Helpful. Two things needs attention (and Anton was receptive to these suggestions), The air conditioner did not work, and the carpets need deep cleaning.Overall, good experience. Thank you Anton.
