Yes, our room was deluxe 💖💖💖 it was facing the vet hospital, parking lot and front desk area NOT the train tracks 😀 We loved that the rooms are clean, the granary area was cozy, 24/7 coffee, good breakfast people and pets keep to themselves and loved the overall vibe of Old Town Irvine, a little cozy pocket within modern Irvine.

Not so happy. The free coffee was great the breakfast was not bad. First day opened the microwave and saw a roach run around inside. The carpet was dirty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I asked for housekeeping they said you have to ask in advance so they will do your room the day after tomorrow I waited they never did it. My husband complained and the guy said it wasn’t noted here no one told me he said I will make a note and no one ever came. We were there several days garbage overflowing, had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Maybe if they did housekeeping more often there wouldn’t be roaches.

Horrible Room has one side painted and the other bare concrete but its 4 walls and rough with cable so it gets one stare from me also worker banged on door then opened doo without announcing themselves and not reading the do not disturb sign

This was an average "Motel6" experience. While we had little to truly complain about, the hotel appeared to be a 40+ year old property, in great need of renovation, to bring it to the standards that this category of properties is marketed! Ironicly, my 30 year old son was the one that said that he got a Motel6 sort of vibe from the stay, and he is not even old enough to know that FEEL! LOL!! :(

Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, carpets were really dirty, mold on shower tile, ceiling,top of drywall. Elevator was very dirty. After it rained, the entryway was wet so someone put down a towel in that towel. Stayed there for two days, dirty

When I walked in I was greeted right away with a smile and a warm WELCOME! I've been here a few times and the woman behind the desk has helped me out before and she knows my special request alrwady so without saying anything she knew I wanted two extra towels :) Knowing what the guest wants before they ask is always a huge plus! Forgive me for not knowing her name but she’s so sweet.

Mediocre. Room was old, dingy and upon arrival we found some outside bugs inside. None of my requests made via their online pre check-in were accommodated. The room was only cleaned after our 4th day there even though we asked on the 3rd.

During our stay at the hotel, when we first entered the room, it had clearly been sprayed with insecticide. The smell was extremely strong and made us feel uncomfortable. We tried calling the reception from the room several times, but no one answered. When it was time to check out, the staff stood at the door waiting for us to leave, even though we were only 24 minutes late. In most hotels, such a small delay is usually not a problem, but they made it an issue.
