Saad (shuttle driver) to airport was very nice and helpful. Room 112 shower water doesn’t drain well and floor stays wet.parking location was good but parking rate is a bit much for self-park. Some Front desk staff have no name tag but mostly nice. The breakfast selection was super and the meal crew was friendly and quick on refills and cleaning tables.

Everything you have listed above was amazing! Except for the small, cheap and thin wash cloths! Bath towels were not as bad, but subpar for a quality hotel like Hampton Inn. Back in the latter 1900’s and an early 2000’s, when I was traveling extensively all over the country, for work, Hampton Inns always had quality bath linens. Always above average!
