They let me check in early without any charge. Breaksfast was very good and the staff were great. The only negative thing is the toilet paper, like very cheap and they need to renew the towels please.

The room was fine and the front desk staff were very courteous. However, the staff at the bistro all should be fired. We tried to get their attention last night to see what they offered at dinner. They saw us but totally ignore us. We left and went to the spectrum to eat dinner.
The staff is probably the best aspect of the hotel. The towels are very old. Also the bathroom is a little outdated and the quality of the toilet paper is terrible it is like sandpaper. The breakfast was good and the staff at Starbucks were always polite and nice. The shuttle is a plus they can take you to the Spectrum center for free.
What an absolute gem! I would rate it 5 stars just for the location but this place is absolutely perfect. I had originally planned to stay 2 nights and then go to LA to spend 4 nights there. But after experiencing this hotel I decided to ditch LA expensive trashy options and stick with Irvine for the whole duration of the trip. Stayed a total of 6 nights and everything was absolutely amazing!!

Clean. Spacious room with separate tvs for the bed and couch. Hotel staff is super friendly. Shout out to Rebecca who let me use her persona umbrella to deal with the rain. Room was quiet. Nice walk in shower. Great place. Also appreciate them doing early check in for no extra cost
Great location to the Spectrum center, my teens loved all of the stores to shop in and it was a great meeting spot for our team dinner.
The staff was extremely friendly and wanted to help wherever possible. They should get an A+ for service.
The breakfast items were surprisingly good, we were all happy with it.
