Lakefront property with Private Dock on Lake Antoine. Spa-like bathroom w/ sauna, steam shower, jetted soaker tub for two, and Smart TV located in the Spa-bathroom! Great room with double-sided fireplace. Located in Iron Mountain, MI. Close to boat ramp, public beach, Pine Mountain Ski Jump, and all of the local favorite restaurants and shopping!

Snowmobile Trailhead Under 1 mile (you can access the trail from the house on your sleds)

Notice-We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of our guests and our property. Therefore, we have exterior cameras that monitor the front entrance, garage, and private dock. There are no cameras inside the house, the audio is only turned on if we receive a noise complaint after 10pm, and the cameras are not monitored on a "live" basis.

Note that the house sits at the top of several stairs. The stairs have an easy, gradual rise & run. The back entrance to the home has the same number of stairs. There is no wheelchair accessibility.

There are no blinds on the windows in the Great Room; this is "by design" so that your view to the lake is unobstructed. Please note this for any guests that are sleeping on the Queen pullout sofa. (there is still complete PRIVACY in the house, there are no neighbors windows that allow a view into the Great Room)

This was our second stay here and it was as great as we remember. We watched the snowfall (and deer) from the big living room windows, cooked meals, played games, watched movies and of course enjoyed the incredible spa experience the bathroom provides. I am so appreciative of vacation rentals that are well equipped: you will have plenty of towels, basic toiletries, cookware and dining essentials, pillows, blankets, etc. Iron Mountain has several good dining options as well as coffee spots and well-stocked grocery stores and there are lots of outdoorsy activities year-round. We really need to return during warmer weather to take advantage of the lake!

We stayed for our honeymoon at the very end of September, and it was the perfect weekend! It was amazing weather so we used the kayaks that the homeowners have available, and it was a wonderful experience. The jetted tub and the sauna got plenty of use all weekend. The area around is quiet and scenic. It's a gorgeous home that's spotless. The homeowners truly thought of everything, from extra toothbrushes, to wireless chargers on every nightstand, to any kitchen appliance you could think of. The fire pit was an enjoyable experience as well. They have outdone themselves. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation, and my husband and I would love to come back when we get the chance.

We stayed at the Lake Escape for 30 days and explored different areas of the UP. This home was a perfect home base. We especially enjoyed the spa bathroom with whirlpool tub! The home was clean and comfortable. The setting is very quiet and peaceful with deer everywhere! Kelley is a super host!

Place was great! The home was cozy and accommodating, literally couldn’t think of anything that was missing. We saw wildlife every day, enjoyed walking the neighborhood, and the lake was very peaceful. The only thing that would’ve made it better was if we could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for offering your space, it was wonderful! Note- For those using the dock, it’s not ideal for swimming off of, but having our boat was perfect and the rest of the lake was clear and warm! The grass was a little long by the lake, but not terrible.

A Perfect Lakefront Retreat in Iron MountainWe absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lake house in Iron Mountain, Michigan! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by three deer in the yard—it felt like something out of a storybook. Watching them through the large windows while settling in was such a peaceful and magical moment.The house itself is stunning and incredibly comfortable. The spa bathroom was a luxurious treat, and the mood lighting throughout the home added such a cozy, romantic ambiance—especially with the fireplace glowing in the evening. The large windows offered breathtaking views of the lake, making every moment feel serene and special.Our host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We’re on a road trip from Florida celebrating my husband’s retirement, and this stop turned out to be a highlight. It truly felt like a slice of heaven. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and inviting when we arrived. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood with lots of deer, squirrels and geese in late May. (fun to watch through the big windows) It rained our first day so we gathered some groceries and made full use of the kitchen. The open concept living, dining, kitchen made cooking fun as you didn't feel isolated in another room.We enjoyed several hikes in the area and relaxed on the deck looking at the lake. The lake was really hopping on a Sat morning with boats and fishing. Communication with the host was great and we felt very relaxed the whole weekend!

Perfect romantic getaway!

The owner had excellent communication. The home was beautiful and very clean! The bathroom with the sauna/steam shower/jacuzzi tub was such a wonderful addition!! We want to buy a steam shower for our home now! Loved the option of a firm bed and a soft bed. Everything was perfect!!

Perfect end of January weekeend getaway!

A great location, with beautiful views made this a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed—modern amenities, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a cozy fireplace. Aside from all of that, the bathroom was the star of the show & the place that we spent most of the weekend! When we weren't taking advantage of the water works, we spent the bulk of our time watching the local family of deer play in the fresh snow.Our host was proactive, helpful & responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a family getaway, this cabin is an excellent choice. We would definitely book again!

Cozy & Fully Equipped

My husband and I were in town to celebrate Thanksgiving with family who live in Iron Mountain. The house was very cozy, and the views were beautiful. We had deer spending all day in the backyard, waterfowl on the lake, and eagles flying overhead. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was rare for a car to drive by. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and we easily cooked several side dishes for Thanksgiving. The bed we slept on was very comfortable. If you need to work remotely while visiting, the only issue may be the internet speed if you need to have virtual meetings. It was okay but a little choppy during my meetings. Overall, it was one of the best rentals we have been to, and we will stay again when we return to town.

Wonderful quiet weekend away

I had a perfect solo weekend to recharge. The neighborhood was super quite. I never saw a car on the street. The living room was comfortable and great to relax in. The bathroom was the star of the show. The steam shower was wonderful. The host communication was excellent. I can't recommend this house enough!
