The Deluxe rooms do NOT feature valley views, but have a view of a busy road. So the website is misleading in this respect. Going to the spa costs extra (£35 per person per 2 hours, including only pools and sauna). So the value is only mediocre.

Visually the place makes a very good impact. Dinner, the food was excellent as were the staff. Breakfast … we’d booked it at check in. We turned up to breakfast and there was nothing booked , the service at breakfast was okay , we did have to case up something. But overall we had a very good stay and would return.

We stayed in the ground floor room, separate from the main building and it was superb. One recommendation would be to have some plants or something on the patio to keep it private from the people on the main terrace.
