Perfect Place for our Family Stay

We loved this property. It had all we needed for our stay on the North Shore. We loved how everything was set up for our stay. Our kids enjoyed playing the board games in between outings. Holly House is a very clean, comfortable and convenient property! Denise thought of every detail down to automatic night lights, house slippers and child gate for safety. Great Place in a Beautiful Area

Ipswich treat

Ipswich is a town with good folk. The VRBO was an easy walk to a friendly New England village. From the brewery to the restaurants it was a great place to unwind and feel like a local.

This may be the most immaculate and well-maintained VRBO I've ever stayed in! It had everything we needed, in a bright, airy apartment, close to the walks and beaches, with lots of restaurants a short drive away. We were able to cook full meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed the comfy spaces for hanging out on our friends-cation. I would definitely recommend the Holly House!

Extended stay in Ipswich

We found Denise's property to be charming, immaculate, light filled, well equipped and convenient. We could walk downtown and easily access the surrounding towns and beaches by car. We loved being next door to the 1640 House and its wonderful restaurant. It was just two of us but there is plenty of room for four. We would definitely rebook should we return to the area.

Great place to stay

The apartment was adorably decorated and immaculately clean on our arrival. The host reached out to us to be sure our check in was smooth, which it was. On our departure day it snowed and someone had already shoveled and salted the walkways and stairs before we left at 8am. The only downside was the radiator heat in the bedrooms when you shut the doors - we either had to sleep with the door open or with a window open and door shut. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay for the weekend. Would recommend to a friend.
