Nice welcome, nice room and everything good, the pool area is excellent as usual, steam room had maintenance, so discount voucher given for next visit, very fair. We love this hotel, have been a few times but this wasn’t the best experience. We arrived and the pool heating was down, travel with me and my daughter and that’s the main reason we love the hotel which made it almost unusable. Then used the restaurant which was busier than normal, large roudy crowd and we were first ignored then essentially rushed out, only given 3 as when I have stayed before it had been brilliant.

The under side of a public toilet seat is cleaner than this dump. Many false promises online to be greated with a room and spa you would not wash a dog in. The hotel is rank. On the upside the manager was very reasonable when giving a refund especially after i presented a pillow with blood over it
