We stay here each time we’re in Ipoh because we like the quiet area, room amenities, nice room designs, and nice staff. We also like the pool and the gym. We do our laundry in the night when there’s less usage, it’s up by the pool. There’s a morning market across the street only during the weekend I believe.

The room was very clean and had been recently painted - this was obvious due to the paint splashes on the floor and net curtains. It is also single glazing so even on the 11th floor outside noises can be heard. There is also no international power points or USB ports in the room but the staff were very helpful in getting an adapter for the room. The location is in a residential area so grab / taxi is needed to get to Ipoh’s points of interest.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel service is wonderful. We did not sign up for breakfast. The hotel restaurant food is much to be desired. The tomyam soup was cold (no candle to heat up). We need to tell the restaurant staff to heat up the soup. The rice was dry. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

A great hotel to stay in although is a 10 minute Grab from Ipoh which wasnt a problem for us. Good breakfast too!
