It is a very family friendly complex. Staff was very helpful! The room had wrappers left from previous guests and a can was left on the balcony along with grass clippings. Bed quilt had a stain on it which staff immediately replaced.

Needs major renovations. Full of families for the water park, which most were there for. Stayed in a suite and the dishwasher did not work, pans and utensils were very “used.” Staff smoking right outside of entrances. Would not recommend.

The pictures make the rooms look MUCH bigger than they actually are. With a 4pm check in and 11 am check out they definitely could have done a better job cleaning the rooms. They tell you to put your towels in the hall by your door and they will replace them, however twice we had to go get towels from the frint desk in the main building ourselves.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it was good. Rooms are comfortable. The coffee maker didn’t work which was disappointing with so few options in the area to get coffee in the morning. Other than that the stay was great with great food option onsite for dinner at the Waterfront grill.
