We had a group of 11 adults and found the house spacious and comfortable. Chad was quick and informative in their responses. The backyard has a good entertaining space between the hit tub, fire pit and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking/baking utensils. The basement is also a great entertaining space between the card table and large sectional. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks and. Great house and would stay here again!

Iowa football weekend with Iowa students and family was a hit. A cool house on a hot day was welcome. There was plenty of space upstairs and down for both gathering and spreading out. The house was well decorated but a bit of outdoor caretaking would make it more attractive. With lots of other options, maybe we secured it a bit too soon. A splurge for sure but more comparison shopping next time for us. Go Iowa!

Very comfortable place to stay. Great location for visiting the Amana colonies. We had a family reunion in the Amanas and only needed a place for 1 night. This was a perfect location. The host was very helpful. All the beds were comfortable for sleeping. Everything was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
