We really enjoyed our stay in Iola, KS. The manager was very friendly and helpful. They were very busy during our stay, but seemed to keep everyone happy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. The staff were very pleasant.

Room was better than I expected. I tend to stay at more upscale places, but none available in this area. Pleasant room; quiet property and fairly attentive hosts. It appears to be an older property, but still has modern amenities. Wi-Fi was a little slow might be my largest complaint.

In general, an okay hotel and probably one of the better options for the area. There was food left out overnight in the breakfast area and in the microwave, and our room smelt like mildew and cigarette smoke despite the hotel claiming to be a 100% smoke-free hotel. The bedding and towels smelt fine ironically. I didn't see any dirt, grime, or bugs, but the smell was definitely off-putting and made us consider trying to find another hotel.

The hot tub and pool was not woeking when we arrived it was gross no sign up stating it was closed the next day the hot tub was running but after seeing it the day before i wouldnt step foot in it. The breakfast was nonexistent we went to McDonald's its okay for a fast sleep and leave situation
