Welcome to our annex at Schmelzer Straße 100. The house is located right on the Schmelzerbach stream and offers you peace and comfort. Here, you’ll have the entire first-floor apartment to yourself—a 70-square-meter space with two large balconies offering stunning views of the mountains and the village. Hiking trails start right from the house, and parking is available in front of the house. There’s a small playground for the little ones in the garden, and you’re welcome to barbecue and relax on the beautiful terrace.
