Welcome to the Naturzauber vacation home. The house was built in 2009 and has just been renovated in 2023; it features high-quality furnishings and amenities. The vacation home offers a separate entrance and spans 90 square meters across two levels, complete with a terrace, a private garden, and a balcony. The interior has been designed to be modern, cozy, and with attention to detail.
On the first floor, you’ll find: - an entryway with a coat rack - a small guest restroom - a pantry with storage space, a washing machine, and a freezer - a large living-dining area with a couch and a swivel Smart TV - a solid wood dining table with chairs (small sunroom)—a new, very well-equipped kitchen (fully automatic coffee machine, high-quality cutlery and dishes, various kitchen appliances, bread maker, pots and pans...) - a wood-burning stove. An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with exposed rafters and a dormer window. Here you’ll find: - a large bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a pull-out sofa bed (which can be made up with a mattress topper and bedding as needed), and a smart TV.- A room furnished with a 1.40 x 2.00 m box-spring bed, suitable as a second bedroom or as a relaxation and reading room. The bed is ideal for 1–2 people to sleep in, and it can also be used as a lounging area for reading and relaxing. - A large bathroom with a spacious shower featuring a rain showerhead, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and makeup mirror - We provide towels, bed linens, dish towels, blankets, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent. Smoking is not permitted in our vacation home. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. The house is suitable for people with allergies. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house.
