*We will verify the number of guests using security cameras. Even if you enter the room without staying overnight, you will be charged the guest rate. If there is a discrepancy between the number of guests and the reservation, the management company will contact us. *If you bring a pet, you will be charged 50,000 yen. Bringing a pet to leave it with us for a few hours will also result in the same charge as described above.
* Smoking is prohibited in all rooms on the premises. If you smoke inside a room, you will be charged 100,000 yen. If cigarette butts are found inside a room, we will also charge the above amount. This applies to all of the following: heated tobacco products, cigarettes, cigars, kiseru, pipes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs. If you lose your front door key, we will charge you 20,000 yen.
If the following areas are soiled with vomit or feces: bedroom, Japanese-style room, living room, sofa, carpet, dining room, second-floor living room, sofa bed, hallway, stairs, entryway, bathroom, washroom, and all toilets, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 yen. If the toilet becomes clogged due to a large amount of toilet paper or feces being flushed down it, we will also, a separate cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.

The house is brand new and beautiful and stocked with everything you need. The host was so friendly. It's close to the airport and Narita. We will visit again.
