This is a beautiful old (historic) hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the building is old, it is well maintained. Very classic. They had an art exhibit in the lobby - really wonderful. I loved it! I would come back.

Absolutely lovely hotel to stay in in Inverness. The staircase is really beautiful and the room we stayed in was a good size and really clean. Breakfast in the morning was a continental which had plenty to chose from and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Most the the staff on reception were really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help you if they could. Very convenient for the train and bus station and walking into the city centre itself. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very neglected older hotel. The carpets are worn and dirty, wallpaper is cracked and separating, and the inside woodwork rotten and in desperate need of repair. On a good note, the staff was very nice and professional.

Steps away from the train station made it ideal for us! The staff were very accommodating. The hotel is like a warm Scottish hug. Do enjoy the “Tea for Two” and enjoy the lovely and Royal libby.
