Located on the banks of the Withlacoochee River and only 10 minutes from downtown Inverness, our home offers a unique blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Our three well designed bedrooms, updated bathroom, and open concept kitchen, living, and dining area offer a range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Before you start your day, walk a few steps to the river shack and sip coffee from one of the hanging chairs while you take in the stunning views of the river.

One of the best features of our home is world class fishing right from the backyard. Imagine casting your line into the river and catching your large mouth bass dinner without ever leaving the property. After your successful day of fishing, enjoy your catch on the front patio under the string lights or retreat to the large screened in back patio. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

And if you want to explore further we have kayaks and a dock onsite. There is also a neighborhood boat ramp just down the street, making it easy to launch your boat and spend the day on the water. Other nearby activities include airboat rides, horseback riding, and vineyards. Take a short drive west and explore the cute shops, restaurants, vintage theater, and bike trails in Inverness. Or head 18 miles east and enjoy all that the world famous Villages has to offer.

We loved our stay at Riverside Chic! The house is very clean and host was fantastic. We enjoyed waking up in the mornings and having our coffee on the back porch watching all the wildlife on the water. The house had everything we needed and the fenced in side yard was perfect for our dog. We'll definitely be back for a stay next year!
