Pros: Really nice spacious room with great bathroom, excellent mattress & bedding, good breakfast.
Cons: Reception staff should improve their customer service skills. Upon check-in we were casually asked to pay extra for a sofa-bed:"Yes, you booked a room for three people, but for Expedia bookings it's an extra £30 per night for a sofa bed." We challenged that as our booking clearly stated the reservation for 3 people & that it was fully paid. Eventually, we were told that the comment regarding the payment was added to our reservation by mistake & : "I will remove it FOR you." No apologies for a confusion & the fact that they tried to charge us extra £££ for no reason; no excuses for the waste of our time, when all we wanted after 10-hours on the road, was to go to bed.
Breakfast: Very poor scrambled eggs, in fact, the worst we've ever had; orange juice was also bad.
