Check in was easy as was on site parking. Location was handy as you could walk easily into the town with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable and our host Elmira thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable.

Great location for day trips and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. LIDL was close for breakfast food and snacks. Elmira (hostess) was welcoming and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property for stay in Inverness.

It was an amazing hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but it’s not easy to fit such comfort—especially a great bed and a well-designed shower into such a small room. I genuinely had a five-star hotel experience here. It was truly wonderful. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I wish them all the best and continued success in their future. Absolutely loved our stay at Cambeth Lodge Guesthouse! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Everything was well organized, and the attention to detail really stood out. Great location and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our cute room! Unfortunately there was no breakfast but this was ok since we left early for a tour. You’re situated in a neighborhood and kind of get the real feel of a community! It was further from downtown Inverness than I wanted especially since we were hauling luggage. Overall a nice stay.

Character property with plenty of parking space, not far to walk to town. I stayed in a single room (which had a double bed) and a larger double room which also had larger bathroom and little extras in comparison. Can't fault the property, it was clean with good quality bedding and towels, and the fixtures and fittings new and of high standard. The beds were very comfortable and you couldnt hear the other guests in their rooms so managed to have a peaceful stay.
