Had a very enjoyable stay. The room and facilities were lovely. Only complaint was there was a dog barking on my second night and some noise from other people staying in the hotel. The gym and swimming pool were very nice. Close proximity to lots of places to eat in the city centre. Clean spacious room and special thanks to Mathew for upgrading our room to river facing. Staff are very courteous and helpful The Spa onsite is a welcome. The charging station was electric cars were not fully functional but staff did try to reserve one for me. Will stay again.
