The staff were lovely and very helpful, upon arrival we were give the wrong room we had asked for two single beds and were give a double room so had to request the change instead a porter was sent to part the beds on doing this there was fruit and chocolate behind the bed

We were so happy with our stay . We had dinner at the restaurant there one night and it was very good . Also they were so kind when they had to get into the room for a repair. They went above and beyond to be considerate. We loved the view of the castle from our room also.
