We have stayed here quite a few times and its always good. Location is good for the town centre and its near the river. The only downside was the bed wasnt overly comfy and the shower wasnt very good, not very powerful. Staff were reallyngood as they always are. Would recommend.

On my first visit I had a light, comfortable and pleasantly furnished room. However, when I returned a week later my room was clean and basic but had an "unloved" air: dark brown woodwork throughout and a door where the lock had clearly been changed on 2-3 occasions with no repair of the damage. The only "picture" was a leaf print on a piece of curled paper inside an old black frame. The breakfast, although plentiful was uninspiring e.g. tinned fruit rather than fresh, the cooked breakfast consisted of baked beans, egg, sausage and bacon. I had requested a gluten free meal but apart from a slice of white bread none of the gluten-free "bread" items on the list were available and the only gluten-free cereals on offer were honey-coated cornflakes and rice krispies. Muesli or a nutty granola would have been a much healthier and enjoyable option. Without exception staff were helpful and courteous and the location of the accommodation is close to lovely walks along the River.

The check in and check out was painless and the bakery around the corner was amazing. If you are able bodied the walk to the main strip is a nice distance away so it was a perfect location for us.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, friendly staff, short walk to downtown with shops and restaurants. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the neighbours but it wasn’t too disruptive.

This was a cute b&b in the area. It was very convenient to be close to your pick ups and drop offs. Plus it was a very short walk to restaurants and stores. The room had a very homey feel equity with a few quirks. The stairs were a bit tight to get luggage up and down and our shower played a few tricks on us by bouncing back and forth from very hot to very cold. However, overall, the space was nice and staff was very friendly.

Super cute building. Larger than expected room but tiny bathroom. Stayed in a room right next to the main door so you could hear when someone was coming in or out, but overall still a really nice place.

The room was not cleaned well before we arrived. We were told there were toiletries in the shower, and there was. But the shampoo and conditioner were practically empty. The shower has hair and mold all over it. The room was very cute and conveniently located, but a bit dirty.

This Property was easy to find easy to walk to from the train station close to downtown shopping yet in a quiet neighborhood the registration desk was simply amazing. They called a cab for me no hassles very friendly. Would love to stay here again.

Ardross Glencairn was the perfect spot to stay! Room was comfortable, breakfast quick, easy and good. Within walking distance of the downtown and the river. St Andrews is just down the street so I dropped in as soon as it opened and missed all the crowds. We ate at Shapla Indian Restaurant just over the bridge with a water view. We also ate at The Castle Tavern over the bridge and short walk. Both had great food and good service. We did a tour with Get tour guide to the Isle of Skye which was fabulous.
