Rooms are good, specious, heater was not working great despite of following the instructions of keeping recommended temperature setting, Electric blankets was helpful as there were very cold weather. The most annoying thing was there was not good house keeping, they just replaced towels everyday - nothing else. No beds done, no general cleaning… I spoke to the managers/owners as well but didn’t make any difference. I would not go again here because of this.

On a main road but units are quiet. Had everything we needed and room was clean and comfortable. Separate bedroom is a plus. Very good location to city centre.

Very clean, very comfortable large bed in separate room. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is much more user friendly. My partner did not like the shower over the bath. It's not far from the centre of Invercargill. It's a bit dated but everything in very good condition. I would stay here again.

Loved location and very clean well stocked rooms. Unfortunately the reception staff were unsure about everything and really did'nt know much about anything. When asking about if the town had an RSA, they did'nt know what I was talking about even after explaining what it was. Not sure if they are the regular staff or not.

Great place to stay

Arrival was easy. Comfortable bed. Good facilities for cooking if needed. We just cooked porridge for breakfast. Fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea was a welcome touch after a long day travelling. We only stayed 1 night but would have been happy to stay longer.
