L'Abete - Introbio family Apartment

Cozy apartment in the center of Introbio, recently renovated with care. Located within a small building with ample parking nearby, the apartment offers a perfect starting point to enjoy the beauty of Valsassina. It is situated on the first floor, with entry via a small external landing. Upon entering, you step into a small hallway that opens onto the left into the kitchen and living room, and to the right into the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and a bathroom. A terrace runs along the entire apartment, benefiting from excellent sunlight.
Other services provided to our guests include Wi-Fi, a TV, a dishwasher, and much more to discover. All furnishings have been modernized, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. The building is in the heart of the village, with shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities just steps away.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
