Step out the back door and enjoy a short, scenic walk along wooded trails leading directly to the Saco River, where guests can spend sunny days swimming, tubing, or relaxing on the river —a favorite spot for both kids and adults during the summer months.

Inside, the home offers plenty of space to spread out. The finished basement is a hit with families, featuring family games and a foosball table, making it the perfect hangout after a day of adventure. With three levels of living space, everyone can enjoy both together time and privacy.

The location truly sets this home apart. You’re just minutes from many of the area’s top attractions, including Story Land, North Conway Village, Attitash Mountain Resort, and Cranmore Mountain Resort. Enjoy nearby mini golf, ice cream, excellent restaurants, hiking trails, and endless family-friendly activities.

Starting essentionals,( paper goods, coffee etc ), were very nice to have. Easy check in and communication with owners. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and nice to have to living spaces for adults and children. Added bonus of childrens toys and games. Great location to North Conway and Jackson. Enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely great place to stay! The place was very clean and spacious and was very well stocked. The kids had so much to do down in the game room and had a great time. Everything was comfortable and well organized. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful place to stay. Felt very cozy. Beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean. The grill was even brand new. There was plenty of space for us all. Best part, it was super close to Story Land and the North Conway shops while far enough away to be quiet and private. Will look for the listing again next year for sure.
