With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and bunk bed, along with a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, this gorgeous property is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC, making your stay convenient and enjoyable. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Melrose/Keystone Heights/Gainesville. We are 40 minutes from Gainesville which is perfect for UF game days. We are also one hour from St. Augustine and the beaches and roughly 2 hours from Universal and Disney. The property is 20 acres with the host also on property for any needs. There is a wonderful pool on site for guest use as well as the hobby farm where you can interact with many of our friendly farm animals. We are kid friendly and encourage and invite to join us in our daily farm activities including gathering fresh eggs each morning. We also have a private 15 acre lake. You can bring your canoe or kayak and explore a pristine environment. For bird watchers we routinely have 20-30 resident species as well as dozens more migratory birds including the occasional bald eagle.
