Im Bad lief die Toilette nicht ab, in der Dusche und im Waschbecken kam das Wasser raus. Ein kurzer Anruf im Büro und nach kurzer Zeit war der Haustechniker da und roch das Problem sofort, daraufhin rief er im Büro an das jemand von der Kanalinspektion kommen muss. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde war dieser Mitarbeiter da und löste das Problem. Vielen Dank für diese schnelle Hilfe

WLAN und paar Kleiderbügel haben uns gefehlt. Die Brötchen am Morgen hätten etwas frischer sein können. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren wirklich sehr positiv überrascht und haben uns bis auf die paar Kleinigkeiten rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
