The beds were very comfortable. They were by far the most comfortable beds we had in our 2 week trip throughout Europe. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. There are a lot of places to eat and shop at within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic. They had a lot of options. It’s a great place to stay.

Nice hotel and room is clean and quiet. The staff was helpful. The hotel is two bus stops from the train station and multiple buses nearby to go to the old town. There is a huge super market a few mins away from the hotel.

Location is good, with bus stops nearby for getting around Innsbruck and surrounding areas. Room was good and comfortable however there seems to be an issue with flies in the area. The first room we were offered was infested with them, and we changed to an alternative and i did notice after a few days numerous flies on the outside of one of the windows, which meant we couldn't open in. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, which at Eur 20 was the worst value for money. The quality and variety on offer was poor.

The hotel and amenities were pretty standard - clean and fairly comfortable, but out of date. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning could not keep up. The pet fee of $40 per night was absolutely absurd. The location is okay - it's right across the street from the Olympic complex. Not a ton of food options, but with the free public transit pass it's a short journey to central Innsbruck. The train station is close by car, but I would not call it walking distance, at least not with luggage. We booked late and our options were limited, which is why we stayed here. I would certainly come back to Innsbruck, but I would not stay here again.

Bad mold in bathroom

Our bathroom smelled like raw sewage for the entire stay. The staff said they called in a technician but the issue was never fixed and we could not move rooms. It's really a problem - avoid rooms on the first floor if possible. My roommate and I were sick with mold allergies.
