The 65-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a two-unit residential building and consists of an entryway with a hallway, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a combined bedroom/living area. Parking spaces are available on the property (free of charge). The bathroom and the toilet are located in a separate room. The apartment also features a terrace and a large garden. From the apartment, guests enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains. A 10-minute drive to downtown.<br>The accommodation<br>What makes this apartment special is its sunny, quiet location with a west-facing terrace and a large south-facing garden. A supermarket, bus stop, doctors’ offices, and everything else you need for daily life are within a 5-minute walk. “In the city yet in the countryside” is the perfect motto for this apartment—in addition to its proximity to downtown (about 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus), the apartment is also a great starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours. The property features some playground equipment for children, which may be used at their own risk. The bathroom and hallway have just been renovated.<br>Guest access<br>The apartment has a separate entrance on the north side and features two parking spaces on the property (free of charge).<br><br>Additional important information<br>If you’re booking for 2 people but would still like to sleep separately, please let us know well in advance of your arrival so we can set up the sleeper sofa in Bedroom 1. You can only access the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet from Bedroom 2 by going through Bedroom 1—but this shouldn’t be a major issue. If you’d like to do your laundry, you’re welcome to use my machines. We charge 5 euros per wash and/or dry cycle. Please let us know in advance if you plan to do laundry. Thank you
